The world Mandala literally means circle. It represents infinite wholeness and a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relationship to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds. Mandalas have so many meanings and uses, but the design of the mandala is meant to be so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing that it absorbs the mind in such a way that any irritating or upsetting thoughts can’t permeate the peaceful and spiritual essence surrounding the individual who is observing the mandala.

Mandalas, meaning "circle" in Sanskrit, are sacred symbols that are used for meditation, prayer, healing and art therapy for both adults and children. Mandalas have been shown in clinical studies to boost the immune system, reduce stress and pain, lower blood pressure, promote sleep and ease depression. 



When we practice meditation we actually teach our mind and body a new consciousness. Guided meditations sith mandalas bring harmony because energies flow through all their shapes and colours. These energies can transform negative things into positive ones, and bring balance to your life.
